Jeshuas clothing was filthy as he stood there before the angel. In the book of genesis chapter thirty-five verse two we read.

Sin is a type of filthy garment that is robbing so many people of their salvation and their place in heaven. He is a picture of every person who is lost in sin. Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments and stood before the angel.

The Bible says without holiness no man shall see the Lord. With bad garment known as indecent wears there is no way God can answer such prayers. But the God-kind of righteousness in the blood the Christ-kind of righteousness these are the garments that God gives the believer and they hide our sin and they cover our iniquity and they clothe us in beauty and in holiness.

Satan will sink you in all sorts of sin and unrighteousness that your garment will be so filthy smelly and heavy laden to you.
